7 Steps to Having Great Karma in Your Life

The energy of people who always seem happy and enjoy life can be contagious. Have you ever said to yourself “Why is it that these type of people draw a crowd and seem to attract everyone to them like a magnet?” Did you ever stop to think that it’s their positive attitude and the way they look and react to the world around them?

Mindset is everything. Having a positive attitude can do more than anything else towards getting you whatever you want out of life. They way you think and act says a lot about you as a person. Those who are in positions to make things happen for you will want to be around you and want to work with you to help make your dreams become a reality. Having a positive attitude in whatever you do will make things easier, less complicated and even more enjoyable.

Being successful and happy starts with a positive attitude.

Listed below are seven simple, but powerful strategic tips to assist you with having a more positive attitude and thus becoming a more powerful person.

1. Be passionate and action oriented towards living your life. Don’t just make it through the day, live it to the fullest without complaints. Dig your teeth into the grind of the day and live it like it was your last day on earth. Wring every moment out of it and live each day with passion. Passion and a positive attitude are contagious. You will find others attracted to you who are just as passionate about living and life. Set goals and complete them as expected. Here’s 50 Steps Towards Achieving Your Goals.

2. Be active instead of reacting to it. Don’t wait until something bad happens then try to deal with it. Be proactive and make something good happen constantly. You are solely responsible for what you make of the life you have. You only have one great life so don’t waste it. Create the best life you possibly can one day at a time.

3. Believe that each moment is perfect regardless of its outcome. Life is going to happen. That is a fact of life. How you deal with it matters and determines the results. Don’t allow the misfortunes to drag you down. Good can come from everything no matter how bad it may be at the time. Learn to open yourself up to learn from each experience. Gain strength from the bad things that happen in your life. Learning to have a positive attitude even when bad things are happening will help you to get through the bad times even stronger and drive you to be more than determined to succeed.

4. Learn to always be grateful for what you have. Gratitude determines your altitude. It’s a well-known fact among successful people that having gratitude will get you more than just satisfaction. There’s nothing wrong with having dreams and goals and desiring more out of life, but don’t forget to be grateful for what you already have. Those who are never satisfied or grateful with what they have fall into a “needy” or “poverty” mindset where they think they never have have anything. Eventually their poor attitude will doom them for ever having anything.

A positive attitude attracts positive actions. Gratitude attracts positive energy.

5. Daily.. Seize every opportunity that you can instead of regretting it later. Now, whatever you do, don’t put yourself in the poorhouse or take food out of your children’s mouths chasing every get-rich-quick scheme that comes around the corner. However, don’t be afraid to make and take opportunities that feel right. Do your research. Understand what’s required and factor in what the opportunity requires. Successful people have taught themselves to have a sixth sense when it comes to taking advantage of new opportunities. Keep in mind, nothing comes from comfort. The inevitable of success requires you to strentch yourself.

6. Always keep a good sense of humor. Laughing at yourself is the best medicine. People like to be around those who find humor in even the most awkward moments. Learn to laugh out loud and you will be more positive, especially if you can learn to laugh at yourself. Don’t take yourself, or life, too seriously. Life is much too short to waste it moping around in self pity. Don’t invite people to a pity party either. Humor is very attractive. A positive attitude can be born from a strong sense of humor.

7. Have the belief that you are in charge of your destiny. Your dreams will give you purpose.. No one can take your dreams from you except for you. As long as there’s breath in your body, there is no limit to how much you can accomplish. Life is not something that is going on around you. It is simply what you make of it. By doing nothing you are still creating your life but it may not be the one you desire. Why not get involved and create a life you want and can enjoy? Just remember, it all starts with you and learning to have a positive mental attitude.

Anyone who is truly successful and enjoys life, has a life to be proud of. This person more than likely has a positive attitude.

If you use these seven steps to develop a positive attitude, then you too will live a life worth living filled with happiness.

4 Types of Human Hunger

“Making money isn’t hard in itself, what’s hard is to earn itdoing something worth devoting your life to”
Carlos Ruiz Zafón

Thought of the day…

A question on the panel in #PlentifulLiving101. There are 4 types of hunger where people are striving to be fed.

1. Money – people need more of it. Something is always due or overdue. You fake the funk and rob Peter to pay Paul then go about it as if nothing is wrong with your right. You live in a fantasy because reality is too scary for sight.

An investment in knowledge pays the best interest. –Benjamin Franklin

2. Time – not enough of it exist. Work 8 hours to come home and prepare for tomorrow. You’re too tired to do anything else but complain you don’t have time. Waiting for Friday to eventually realize that it’s Monday already and you’re back to the same routine.

TIme quote
3. Security – nothing is guaranteed but life and death. I hate to inform you, but that good job isn’t either. Don’t be fooled and retire with just a pen. You better hope your 401K is still in tact. You should be accountable to you and everything else should be secondary. It ain’t like it used to be and if it was, don’t you want to be FREE.

“If a company won’t hire you, why don’t you start your own company? Steve Jobs created jobs, he didn’t apply for them. #Startup your dreams.”
Jarod Kintz

Dave Ramsey Quote
4. Spirituality – without it, people are misguided, mislead, misdirected and confused. They focus on external connections versus internal. When spirituality approaches them, they take credit for them being relieved for all of the problems above. Nothing can be done without a great relationship with the supplier. For HE provides a way to get through and be open to something new.

“Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love,
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
And where there is sadness, joy.

O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand,
to be loved, as to love.

For it is in giving that we receive,
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.”
Francis of Assisi

Nevertheless, the combination of money, time, security and spirituality can cause one to think long and hard or just continue going about their daily routine of existing and not living. All are needed to survive and thrive. At some point, one must have a conversation with self. Be real!! If there is lack, increase won’t take place until you take action and move in a different direction in one or all areas of your life. Is it time to get busy?

“Always be smarter than the people who hire you.”
Lena Horne

Choosing a Mate That is Right for You

Don’t forget to LOVE yourself..

Finding someone to share your life with can be a challenge. Often times we look in all the wrong places and eventually get stuck with leftovers or trash that is difficult to be disposed of. Love and relationships are two different things. You must ask yourself, which one do you want. In choosing, make certain that you have the time that is needed to invest in what it is you want.
Before you can give of yourself, make certain you are confident in what it is you’re expecting and what it is you want to receive. Have some type of idea of the relationship you are looking for because this is the first step of valuing your time and that of others. Are you seeking a casual companion, a weekend lover or someone to spend the rest of your life with? Develop an idea of what you would call a great mate. While some might say that this limits your choices way too much, it’s possible to both know what you’re looking for and be open to something else.

Love pic1
The most tangible aspect is that you don’t have to settle. The secret sauce in finding a companion is in putting together a list of characteristics of your ideal mate and how you think about that list once you develop it. If you see every characteristic on it as absolutely necessary, you might miss out on meeting a wonderful person. After all, no one is perfect, but someone is perfect for you. If, on the other hand, you see your list as a set of guidelines, having it can help you choose the relationships you do and do not want to pursue. This is critical because far too many people are in a hurry to find a mate without vetting them out. This behavior could lead to all sorts of unhappiness, regret and a possible disaster. Being specific with intention can be beneficial in the long run.

Love make the world go round..

When seeking a relationship, it’s important to identify what you deem as necessary and unnecessary characteristics in a mate. Begin gathering your list by thinking back over past relationships, whether they were romantic in nature or not. Were any fulfilling? Are there any characteristics that other people have that make life incredibly difficult for you? I mean… things that would make you miserable to be around. Or better yet, things that you simply cannot tolerate. In contrast, are there any characteristics that you find absolutely necessary in someone you’re going to be close to? Things that make your heart flutter, your mind think and your life better. Now think about some attributes and aspects you would appreciate or admire in a potential new mate. These should be things that make you feel good and enjoy being around this person. Use these components to help get you started, both in making a list of things you want in a mate and in making another one of things that you don’t want and refuse to deal with. Anything that comes up in these thought exercises is probably pretty important to you and might even make or break a future relationship. So think long and careful about this process.

Love is bigger than one second, one hour and one day..

Just as you list the necessary and unnecessary components, you must acknowledge the desirable and undesirable characteristics too. After you have your lists of necessary and unnecessary characteristics, think about other aspects of people you’ve known that you have enjoyed or that have been hard for you to deal with. These may not be quite as important as the things you just listed, but they are aspects of another person that would be nice to have or to simply avoid. You may want to make these into a separate category on your list. That way, you can separate them in your mind from things that are absolutely necessary or to be avoided. Again, thinking long and hard while being aware and conscientious are key to successfully choosing the right mate.

Your CHOICE can make or break you…

You deserve to be picky. But how picky do you deserve to be. For me, being picky is a big deal. Just as I am careful in planning out other events in my life, I will be just as careful in trying to choose someone who is worthy of my time. After all, choice is a personal decision and it can also be a life-long one as well. Now that you have your list in front of you, it’s up to you to decide how closely you want to stick with it. Again, it’s your choice! Are the characteristics on the list important enough to you that any perfect mate would have to have all of them? On the other hand, are some of them absolutely essential and others you can live with or without? Know that you are free to make whatever choice you want to in this area. This is your life and you should have a say so. This is your relationship you’re considering, so the choices need to be suited to your own preferences and perspectives. In case you are not prepared, remember that choosing to be picky might mean that it is harder to find a mate. No matter how many of these characteristics he or she has, there will still be areas of your relationship that could be difficult in other areas. Relationships should grow. In that process, both of you will change. It is with great hopes that your intentions are to grow together and help each other along the way.

Let me count the ways that I LOVE you…

5 Tips to Remain Focused Everyday

Stay Focused0

Seeking strength in a greater source allows you to live life with purpose. Stay away from dream thieves and naysayers. Open your mind to what could be and what is. Everything you need to be happy is inside of you. Listed below are five tips to steer you in your lane of success. Remain focused, dream it, believe it and aim to achieve it.

1. Wake up every day with a true purpose. What do you plan to do today? What do you need to accomplish it? How close will you be towards achieving your goals? Having direction in your life gives you stability. There is no time to sit around and wait for something to happen. You take the first step and make it happen.

2. Love yourself first. If you don’t love you, how do you expect others to give you the respect you deserve? You should set the example as to how you want people to treat you. Expect the best and forget the rest. If you expect less, you will get less. Give yourself a hug. Try it! It makes you feel so much better and it gives you instant love.

3. Speak what you want into existence. The tongue has been called the greatest weapon. It can commit a blessing or a curse. It literally has the ability to destroy others you speak to and those who speak to you. Be contentious of what you say. If you believe it, make it happen by saying it. The more you say it, you begin to feel it and the universe has a way of bringing it to reality. Only allow positive language to enter your ears.

4. Develop a “I can and will attitude.” Work hard every day to make your dreams a reality. You are the captain of your ship. If it sinks, it’s because you allowed it to happen. Don’t let anyone steer you in the wrong direction. Take control and lead it all the way.

5. Seek and work with a mentor. Mentors are good for so many reasons. Everyone needs someone in their life who is dependable, honest and supportive even during mistakes. This person should know your goals and attempt to help you achieve them. Make certain this person is willing to be there every step of the way, good and bad.

“Success is not measured by what you accomplish, but by the opposition you have encountered and the courage with which you have maintained the struggle against overwhelming odds.”

-Orison Swett Marden

I’ve learned to have a great day regardless of what and who I encounter. The world is filled with critics/haters who find wrong in everything you do. In fact, their goal in life is to make certain you fail and never recover. People are so quick to point out your faults while they ignore theirs. Ignore ignorance and stay focused on what makes you happy. You are entitled to live your life the way you please. Be encouraged!! Many blessings and much success!!

The 6 Passages of Righteousness in Business

Righteousness

Business is tough and in order to remain on top, you have to be a student of the game and a believer in your efforts. What you do and how you react is conclusive of your success and the results. Take a bite out of these tips and see if it makes a difference in your life.

1. Keep a close ear. Don’t be nosey, but listen to those customers who are unhappy with their current provider of service. Offer suggestions to resolve and be a resource. If it doesn’t work out, guess who they will call.
2. Be the expert in your field. Customers like to work with someone who has an edge over what they are facing. By providing your expertise, you will be the go to person when an issue arises and hopefully solve the problem.
3. Return all calls or designate someone to do it. You never know who’s on the other side of that line. This could result in missed business opportunities. Be proactive just as you would want someone to do for you.
4. Continue to educate yourself and your associates about what you do. Attend webinars, take a class, read a journal or book. Seek experts in your field that you admire and reach out.
5. Ask for preceptorships with your customers to learn more about what they do. How can you help the business if you don’t know much about their operations? One on one customer service goes a long way. Not only will you build rapport, but you will possibly spot other areas where you can be of assistance.
6. Treat others how you want to be treated. In business, we often grasp the holier than though attitude if everything is going smooth. Rocky roads are inevitable. Utilize your contacts and resources wisely. Be nice to everyone and expect the same in return.

Live in the Purpose of your Prosperity and Abundance

prosperity12

Prosperity is right. Amen. We prosper to prosper others. We prosper to prosper God’s kingdom, so come believing.
Joseph Prince

Knowing how to attract prosperity can be a challenging aspect. Having the insight and the ability to “know” you’re prosperous – even when you don’t yet feel like you are can.

When your outer circumstances keep reflecting the illusion of lack or no progression, it’s easy to get frustrated because you think your attraction attempts aren’t working. However, that very frustration is what will keep you locked into the cycle of lack!

In order to break out of the illusion of lack, you have to use the power of your intuitive perspective to diminish the energy you have invested in it previously. How do you invest energy into the creation of lack? When you consistently dwell on what’s not, you will eventually fall into that mindset. In retrospect, there are many ways that may not come to mind that you never think of.

– By constantly thinking about it and focusing on it.

– By constantly affirming that it exists in your life. Be affirmative in your desires and not on your current situation.

-By complaining about it to others, you will eventually learn that people really don’t care about your problems and no one wants to be around a complainer. Negative people are draining and purpose destroying.

– By identifying with the lack you see in the world around you, you can connect with needs that you can possibly fulfill. Lack is everywhere and to focus on it makes it more prevalent than it may actually be.

The more energy and attention you give to the existence of lack, the more lack you attract back to yourself. Focus and concentrate on the good.

The good news is that you can also use this same process to attract prosperity and abundance into your life instead of focusing in on the far end of the spectrum!

– Constantly think about and focus on prosperity and abundance. However, be certain to NOT from a place of need, fear or anxiety – but from a sovereign place of joy, confidence and optimism that it is already yours. The mind achieves what it believes and its focus become its direction.

– Make it a daily practice to constantly affirm that you are a natural prosperity magnet and great abundance flows into your life easily and frequently.

– Don’t be shy or selfish. Share the wonderful things that happen to you with others. Rather than complaining about the bad stuff, share the good stuff and encourage the people in your life to do the same. It’s about attraction!

– Pay close attention to the great abundance that surrounds you at all times. In essence, you don’t have to look too far. Most often we miss it and it stares us in the face. This includes the material possessions, people and blessings you currently have in your life, but also the expressions of abundance you encounter while out in the world. Yes… it does exist! Rather than feeling envious of rich and successful people, imagine that the universe has just held up a mirror to let you know that YOU can also be just as rich and successful.

Most importantly, develop the inner “knowing” that you can CHOOSE abundance and prosperity, just as easily as you chose lack and struggle.

You may not believe that you’ve chosen lack and struggle (who in their right minds would?) – but it’s very possible to choose by innocent default. Unless you consciously choose to be prosperous, it’s like sitting in the back seat of your car and expecting it to deliver you to your desired destination which will eventually get you no where. Take action and choose to live differently.

Try reciting this affirmation several times a day:

“I KNOW I am a powerful creator in my own right and I CHOOSE the harmonious flow of prosperity and abundance to flow NOW.”

When you first start saying it, you’ll probably feel like you’re lying. That’s because deep down inside, you really don’t “know” it can happen for you. But keep at it. Keep saying the affirmation with strength and power and conviction in your voice, and you really will start to believe it.

And that’s when everything in your outer circumstances will begin to shift toward the prosperity and abundance you “know” you deserve and yes… entitled to receive.
